Mobile World Congress is one of the largest events in the global technology calendar. The profile of the event and the expectations that come with it set a high bar for content delivery across every element of the show.
Our scope covers Projection Mapping and Animation including the design and creation of all non-presentation brand specific content for the event. Across each edition this has amounted to over 200 assets. Each of these have been produced to sit correctly within the environment and meet the high standards the event requires. Managing that volume of content within the timelines available is the core challenge of this job. Since 2023, we are pleased to have brought our experience in large screen LED content to the plenary stage of MWC, supporting GSMA in delivering high quality content for their flagship event on an annual basis.
In addition to the asset creation, we provide screen content troubleshooting support across all GSMA stands throughout the event. This sits alongside the content work and requires a broad technical knowledge of the environment and the ability to respond quickly when issues arise. The time on site before doors open to the event and its guests, is limited. Operating effectively within that window requires a well prepared team and clear processes in place from the outset. We have been fortunate to work alongside an experienced and capable team on this project and that has been a significant factor in the consistency of the delivery year on year.
