Medialink Beach - UTA @ Cannes Lions

Makers called on us to assist with one of the largest activations at Cannes Lions. It was electric at Medialink Beach with UTA as they sit at the forefront of talent and trends. Assisting Makers for UTA meant the standard of content had to reflect that: sharp, current and turned around at a pace that kept up with the event as it happened.

We came on board through Makers to handle filming and post production across the event. With social media content needing to move quickly and edits required overnight, our workflow had to be built around speed without compromising the output. Each day brought new developments that needed to be factored into the edit.

This required clear communication, informed decision-making and a process that could change direction without affecting our delivery. With our editor based in the UK and working overnight, the edit kept pace while the event continued onsite in Cannes, France. This ensured the job stayed in sync throughout. By facilitating overnight edits across the full week of events, we ensured there were no delays despite the editor being off-site. Our reactivity to developments onsite, and the informed decisions made around them, meant the agency had full wraparound support throughout the week with all content delivered on time.
